Effective 2026. Sewer Repair KC ("we") collects only what is needed to schedule and perform sewer work.

What we collect

When you call, we record your name, phone number and the property address so we can dispatch a crew. Calls may be recorded for quality and dispatch purposes; you will hear a notice. When you use the contact form, we receive the fields you fill in. Our website records standard server logs (IP address, pages visited, browser) and uses no advertising cookies.

How we use it

To schedule, perform and warranty the work, to send you the camera footage and written estimate, and to contact you about the job. We do not sell or rent your information.

Who sees it

Our crew and dispatcher, the form-processing provider that delivers the contact form, and, if you ask us to, your insurer or warranty program.

Retention and your rights

Job records are kept for the life of the warranty. Ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your information, and we will, except where a record is needed for the warranty or by law.
