Estimates

Prices on this website are ranges for planning. A written estimate follows a camera inspection and is valid for 30 days. The invoice matches the written estimate unless a condition that the camera could not reveal is found after excavation begins, in which case work stops and you approve any change before it proceeds.

Inspection fee

The camera inspection fee is credited in full toward any repair we perform within 90 days of the inspection.

Warranties

Written warranties are provided with the invoice: 25 years on cured-in-place liners, lifetime on HDPE and PVC pipe we install, 10 years on excavation workmanship, 5 years on spot repairs. Warranties cover the repaired section and workmanship; they do not cover other sections of the line, damage from later excavation by others, or blockages caused by items that should not be flushed. Warranties transfer to a subsequent owner of the property.

Permits and access

We obtain required permits. You grant access to the property and cleanouts and identify private underground lines (irrigation, lighting, invisible fence) that are not marked by the public utility locate.

Payment

Due on completion unless financing is arranged in advance. Emergency after-hours work carries the fee stated on the phone at dispatch.
